When you click "Confirm cancellation", you send a request to cancel. You will receive a receipt by e-mail with the content of your request plus the date and time of submission. You can regard this as confirmation that we have received your notice that you wish to cancel the purchase.
Once you have cancelled, you have 14 days to return the item. Send it to the address shown on the return label, or find it in our terms and conditions.
